Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.

We are unable to allow the following dog breeds in the community, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

We love pets at Woodland Manor! Our residents can enjoy apartment living knowing their pets can be beside them or play at the pet park. We understand that pets are family, too, so bring them. Contact us for more details.
